Fall Football

Our fall has been incredible busy with football practice and games. Both boys played football this fall and had so much fun.

This was Daniel's first year of football, but he learned very quickly. In his words, he was the "hiker" for the team and he was also a great "flag puller". Daniel's team had lots of fun playing together and they really became great friends. Daniel's coach was so patient and did a great job teaching the boys and working with a group of 4-6 year olds. They had a really good season, and even though no one "keeps score" we finished the season with more wins than loses. Daniel managed to score a couple of touch-downs for his team and stopped the other teams from scoring several times. What a fun fall he had.

 This fall was Isaac's first year for tackle football. He has been looking forward to putting on pads for years. I could hardly believe how big he looked when he put the pads on. My baby has grown up so much in the last few years. Isaac learned a lot of football rules and plays this year. It was so much fun to watch his team work play together and improve over the season. They managed to win all of their games. It was a really fun season.
