Finally Friday

Well, "I" finally went back to school today. He feels much better and hasn't had fever since Wednesday night. "D" probably could have gone back, but then I would have had to take him and go pick him up, so he is home again today. I'm still running fever and feeling like a truck ran over me. I did manage to get a shower yesterday and some clean pjs, but so far today, I haven't done anything. I bought some new cookware for my birthday (I'm such a geek, but I love shiny cookware), and I hope to at least get it out of the box before the day ends. I really want some chicken and dumplings, so maybe my new cookware will inspire me to drag myself out of bed and to the kitchen.
